Across my career, I’ve worn many hats — from leading global talent and leadership portfolios in large organisations, to advising founders, CEOs, and CHROs through periods of growth and transformation. Today, I partner with businesses to strengthen leadership, assess and develop top talent, build high-performing teams, and solve complex people challenges.
